Your loss deserves care.
Your story has room.
Some grief is
hard to name.
You may miss someone you no longer feel safe with. You may be adjusting to a new understanding of yourself. Or you may be grieving the support, connection, or future you hoped to have.
Sadness and relief
can share the same space.
Relationships and belonging
Estrangement, divorce, abandonment, family rejection, and emotionally harmful relationships.
Identity and new understanding
Late neurodivergent discovery, masking, missed support, and years of feeling misunderstood.
Life in transition
Changes in health, caregiving, vocation, family roles, or the future you imagined.
Faith and spiritual community
Spiritual wounds, changing belonging, and questions that need a compassionate place to be heard.
A death is not required to participate. Neurodivergent identity is respected; the experience makes room for grief about unmet needs and exclusion.
Room to reflect.
Support to carry forward.
The planned group uses standalone gatherings, with themes that repeat over time. Request the interest waitlist for updates on dates and format. Participation begins with an introductory conversation and orientation once gatherings open.
Find your footing
A predictable welcome and accessible grounding practice help you settle in. You choose what feels useful for your body and attention.
Listen with compassion
Brief teaching and gentle reflection make room for the parts that long, protect, question, or carry hurt. Sharing is always optional.
Choose a next step
Connect reflection with values, boundaries, relationships, and daily care. Take away prompts and a manageable practice for the week.
Informed by ACT, gentle IFS parts language, and the Ambiguous Loss framework. This coaching and support offering does not include intensive trauma processing. Individual counseling is available separately.
New understanding.
More connected support.
A new understanding of ADHD, autism, or another neurodivergent experience can bring questions about identity, needs, and relationships.
Companion coaching gives spouses, family members, and friends space to understand a loved one’s experience, explore their own questions, and practice supportive communication. People exploring their own neurodivergent discovery can inquire about personal coaching or counseling.
For private companion coaching, use the contact form and mention your role as a spouse, family member, or friend. A future companion group has its own interest waitlist.
Learn alongside someone you love
- Listen to their experience and recognize strengths.
- Understand support needs and communication preferences.
- Adjust expectations, routines, and boundaries.
- Make room for your own questions with compassion.
The goal is understanding and connection, with respect for the neurodivergent person’s identity and autonomy.
An introductory conversation helps identify the right setting for your own role and needs. Companion coaching is a distinct pathway; a future companion group will be separate from the personal discovery group. No formal diagnosis is required to inquire.
Faith can hold
your questions, too.
Prayer, Scripture, lament, and reflection may be woven into gatherings. You choose how to participate. Anger, uncertainty, and spiritual wounds have room here.
You do not have to arrive with answers—or a story neatly resolved.
Forgiveness and reconciliation are never conditions of belonging or measures of progress.
Choose a pace
that works for you.
Planned self-pay gatherings include reflection materials and practical between-session exercises. Request the group interest waitlist; no payment or commitment is required to express interest.
$60 per gathering. A consistent rhythm of support.
Final schedule, package validity, and cancellation terms will be provided before purchase. The group is self-pay. Individual counseling is available separately at a $150 self-pay rate per session, following a clinical intake. Explore personalized support.
Care shaped around
your own story.
You do not have to wait for a group to begin. Explore one-to-one coaching or counseling with Dr. C for overlooked loss, boundaries, identity transitions, neurodivergent discovery, or spiritual questions.
Start with a conversation about your goals, preferences, and the level of support that fits this season.
Choose the support that fits

The gift
of care.
A thoughtful alternative
to flowers.
Offer care with room for choice. A CIW gift credit can be used at the recipient’s discretion across our suite of available services and products—from private coaching and counseling to group gatherings, journals, workbooks, and other thoughtfully chosen goods.
They choose what feels meaningful, whether that is personal support, a reflective resource, or something for everyday encouragement. There is no pressure to join a group or begin counseling. Their care and participation remain private.
Gift sales are not open yet. Credits apply toward the recipient’s chosen available service or product at its listed price; group package discounts do not apply to other purchases. Grief &
Remembrance.

A place to honor love
and navigate what comes next.

Meet Dr. C.
Dr. Claudia Coker, PhD, LPC · Certified Trauma Professional
Licensed Professional Counselor · Georgia & Idaho
Clinical depth. A compassionate, whole-person approach.
Dr. Claudia Coker is a licensed professional counselor, an organizational psychologist with a PhD in Organizational Psychology, and the founder of Curious Integrative Wellness. Her mental-health experience spans employee assistance programs, support for military service members and families, school and community settings, and private practice. She also works with children, adolescents, adults, and families through Broken Chains International.
Her clinical focus includes anxiety, stress and burnout, trauma, grief and overlooked losses, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. She brings particular attention to ADHD and neurodivergent experiences, women’s changing life stages, and the effects of feeling misunderstood or unsupported.
Her style is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. She draws on cognitive behavioral and acceptance-based approaches, mindfulness, and gentle IFS-informed parts language. Training in integrative and functional wellness informs attention to sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, and nervous system regulation alongside emotional and relational needs.
Christian spirituality can be included when it is meaningful to you. There is room for questions, doubt, and spiritual wounds. Together, you can identify practical steps that respect your values, needs, and pace.
Individual counseling is offered separately from group coaching, following a clinical intake and subject to your location and service eligibility. Group participation offers written prompts, permission to pass, movement breaks, and alternatives to visualization.
Your questions
are welcome.
Is this group counseling or coaching?
Belonging & Renewal is designed as coaching, education, and facilitated support. Individual clinical counseling is arranged separately. The group does not provide intensive trauma processing or emergency care.
Do I need a diagnosis or a death-related loss?
No. The group welcomes relationship, identity, and life-transition losses. You do not need a diagnosis to inquire. An introductory conversation explores your goals and whether the group is a good fit.
Will I need to talk about painful events?
No. Sharing is optional, and you do not need to describe painful events in detail. You may write, draw, listen, or reflect quietly.
Can a spouse, family member, or friend attend?
Loved ones can inquire about coaching for navigating a new neurodivergent discovery. We discuss whether a companion-focused session or another setting best meets their needs. Joint participation requires everyone’s voluntary agreement.
How is faith included?
Optional Christian practices may include prayer, Scripture, lament, and reflection. There is space for questions and spiritual wounds. You choose how to engage; forgiveness and reconciliation are not participation requirements.
Are insurance or HSA/FSA options available?
The group is self-pay coaching and facilitated support. Insurance and HSA/FSA payment may be available for eligible private services, depending on the service, your plan, provider participation, and your location. Coaching is not automatically covered. Confirm eligibility and any reimbursement documentation before booking. Explore private coaching and counseling.
How do gifts and privacy work?
The recipient chooses how to use their CIW gift credit across available services and products. A gift does not enroll them in a group or establish a counseling relationship. Coaching and group participation begin with an introductory conversation; counseling requires a clinical intake and location eligibility. Purchasing a gift does not give access to their attendance, conversations, or personal information. Group members agree to respect privacy, although confidentiality among participants cannot be guaranteed.
When and where does the group meet?
Meeting dates and the in-person or virtual format are being finalized. Request the group interest waitlist to receive updates. To request a place, send your inquiry through the CIW contact form; this page does not automatically enroll you. Private coaching and counseling inquiries are welcome in the meantime.
